NOTICE FROM THE SEVENTH DISTRICT OF THE PHILADELPHIA POLICE DEPT.
Now that “No Parking Any Time” signs have been placed
all along the west side (Bustleton Avenue side) of Proctor Road,
the Captain of the Seventh District has informed us that police
will be enforcing this regulation. He is increasingly concerned
that the congestion caused by parking on both sides of the street
will prevent emergency vehicles from traveling down Proctor Road.
We certainly do not want you to be ticketed by police while you
are at Mass. Please us one of our lots, and do not park on the
west side of Proctor Road.
