CCD REGISTRATION FOR 2008/2009
St. Christopher Parish provides quality Catholic Religious Education to the children of the parish who do not attend Catholic School.
- “Early Bird” Registration is now taking place for the Fall CCD Program for grades 1 through 8.
- If you register before May 15, the yearly fee is $55.00 per child. After that date, it is $65.00 per child. (Early registration is encouraged so that we may order books and materials in a timely fashion.)
- For registration, please stop by the Parish Office to speak with Sister Marie.
- You will be asked to fill in a registration form for each child, and to submit Baptismal certificates if children were baptized in another parish.

ST. CHRISTOPHER'S ANNUAL PARISH PICNIC
TO DORNEY PARK/ WILDWATER KINGDOM - FRIDAY, JUNE 6
All parishioners and their families and friends are welcome to a fun-filled
day of rides, entertainment and water park fun.
Regular admission ticket: $21.00 Children 2 years and under are free.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
There is limited assistance for families with serious financial difficulty. These families may apply for financial consideration. All requests should be in writing to our tuition review committee no later than May 1. Once you have submitted your request in writing an application form will be sent which must be completed before a meeting is scheduled with the committee. Please be assured that all families will be treated with dignity, respect and confidentiality. Please keep in mind that this applies only to families in grades K thru 8th. Full tuition must be paid for Pre-kindergarten. Families receiving assistance are expected to use the Scrip Program to reduce their tuition.

MOTHER'S DAY MASS/REMEMBRANCE CARDS
Cards with intention envelopes are available in the church or at the parish office. Please return the intention envelopes to the parish office or place in the collection basket so that your Mother's Day intentions can be placed on the altar and be remembered in the masses on Mother's Day.

MOTHER'S DAY FLOWER SALE
Plan on purchasing some of our beautiful pink carnations for those special Moms in your life. Flowers will be sold after all of the Masses on Sunday, May 11. Proceeds will benefit our Respect Life Ministries.

CATHOLIC CHARITIES APPEAL
“Give to the Most High, as He has given to you, generously, according to your means”. -- Sirach 35: 7-10
The goal assigned to our parish is $78,000.00.
You can still contribute to the Catholic Charities Appeal by placing your
donation in the Sunday collection or mail/drop off your donation to the
parish office anytime before the end of May.
Important: Please place your donation in the provided return envelope
with the donor card. We need the donor card returned so that all contributions
can be recorded properly.
There is no such thing as a small gift to the Catholic Charities Appeal. Every contribution to the Appeal is greatly appreciated and is an affirmation of the programs that concretely express the belief in the inherent value of every human life and the dignity of every individual.

BAPTISM CLASS
First-time parents (and parents who have not previously attended a class) must attend a Pre-Jordan class before scheduling the Christening. We suggest that you attend before the birth of your baby. The next class will be on Wednesday, May 28, at 7:00pm in the Parish Meeting Room. Please call the Parish Office to register in advance.

need for local transportation (within 5 - 10 miles) to get to doctor's
